About the Author:
As a child, Kevin Brooks enjoyed reading detective novels and likes mystery and suspense, putting them in every story in different shapes and forms. He started his writing career with Martyn Pig, which was published in 2002 through The Chicken House that have won the Brandford Boase award 2003 and was shortlisted for the Carnegie medal, as the author also wrote Lucas in 2002, along with Kissing the Rain, Bloodline, I See You, Baby and Candy throughout the years receiving various medals and awards.
Main Idea of the book:
Martyn's father died, and he has a choice of confessing and be suspected of murder, or get rid of the body and hide it for the rest of his life. Sounds simple? Not quite. One story leads to another, secrets and lies becomes crazier than ever. Life is never easy. But death is even harder.
